Caesar Rodney “Rider” Marching Band

The 2007-2008 edition of the Caesar Rodney “Rider” Marching Band continues a long established tradition of excellence.  Under the direction of DuWane L. Sandlin, this award-winning unit has participated in competitions covering the East Coast of the United States, the Ontario Province of Canada, and London, England.  They have also had the distinct honor of being a regularly showcased performing ensemble at Walt Disney World in Orlando.   The “Rider” band is an 18-time Tournament of Bands Chapter IX Champion and has been an Atlantic Coast Competition finalist for the past 26 years.
