2022 Band and Choir Trip to Disney World in Orlando, FL

November 30 - December 3, 2022

Cost: $1200.00 per student, deposit of $600 (non-refundable) is due by April 14, 2022 ($1000 per chaperone, same deposit amount) Checks should be made out to CRHS and brought to the music office to Ms. Preszler, Mr. Crossley, or Mr. McCarthy

Trip includes:

• Travel via charter bus from CRHS to/from airport

• Flight to and from Orlando from Philadelphia or Baltimore

• Three-night hotel accommodations at a Disney All-Star Resort

• 3 Disney Dining Cards for $15

• 4 day park-hopper pass to Disney Theme Parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom

• Use of Disney transportation throughout the trip

• 3 Disney meal coupons

• Transportation from airport to Disney and back to airport

• Driver tips

Deposit due: Any student interested in traveling must put down a non-refundable $600 deposit by April 14, 2022 (families can send in multiple payments to break up the $600, as long as the full $600 is in by 4/14). There are a total of 80-90 possible students spots available for this trip. If the trip were to be canceled due to lack of interest, all deposits will be refunded.

Payment Schedule:

• $600 deposit due by 4/14/22

• 2nd payment: $300 due by 6/15/22

• Final payment: Balance due by 9/30/22

Chaperones have already been contacted and selected for this trip. Chaperones must be background checked and cleared to travel with the groups. The chaperone cost is $1000.
